EMILY KIM

Hi! I’m Emily, and I’m currently a sophomore at Barnard College studying urban studies and economics. I joined CWBS last year as a Corporate Engagement CM, and I am now the CE Chair. I’ve always enjoyed conducting research and outreach and turning goals and ideas into real results and outcomes, and I’m super excited to showcase our raffle prizes and gift bags at conference later in the month.

My time with CWBS has been one of my most fruitful college experiences, and joining this community has provided me with so much clarity, support, and direction. I’ve always been interested in business and finance, and I worked at a non-profit throughout my high school years. I’m currently participating in the Girls Who Invest Intensive Program, and I owe it to the incredible mentorship I received through this community. Although I am still exploring and trying to determine what path to take, it’s so reassuring to know and see that the careers I aspire to have are tangible, and this holds especially true for CWBS.
