My advice for anyone wanting to break into finance is two-sided. First, it is important to stay up-to-date on markets and financial trends. Second, it is equally as valuable to connect with Columbia alumni and professionals in the fields that excite you. Each alumnus has so much knowledge to offer, and when you make a genuine connection with one, that relationship can take you far.”
